Welcome To Port Dickson

Purnama Beach is formerly known as Batu 9 beach. This beach was developed under the 7 th Malaysia National Plan project and was completed fully at the end of year 2000.

FACILITIES

Facilities available here are camping ground, area for pedestrian and shelters. The camping ground is managed by private sector that has also provided:

1. Rental of space and tent
2. BBQ area
3. Shower rooms and toilets
4. Restaurant

LOCATION

Batu 9. Jalan Pantai. Visitors can reach here through the crossing to Ancasa All Suites Apartment.

The surrounding of this beach is hilly and stony, enfolded by serene blue sea with alignment of corals. It has strikingly long stretch, clean with soothing sea water and mesmerising panorama surrounding it. It is definitely the perfect choice for visitors who need to unwind while viewing the sunset at dusk.

FACILITIES

Facilities available here are hotel/ condominium, food stalls, grocery stores and others. There is also area designated for snorkelling.

LOCATION

Batu 10, Jalan Pantai. This 0.5 km beach is approximately 16 km from Port Dickson town and just next to the Tanjung Tuan Lighthouse.

Teluk Kemang beach is also a favourite among tourists and visitors during weekend and public holiday. Similarly, the 1.8 km long beach is visited by 20,000 to 30,000 people in the weekend and increases to 50,000 to 80,000 during holiday season.

FACILITIES

This beach is equipped with basic facilities such as car park, shower rooms and public toilets. There are many stalls available for visitors to purchase varieties of gift item as souvenir. The beach encompasses an interesting landscape with lifeguard services too. Visitors are definitely spoilt for choices on exciting activities such as jet ski, kayak, banana boat and swimming.

The beach is only 8 miles away from Port Dickson.
